Do I need to setup an account to make a purchase?

Creating an account is not necessary but it does allow you to manage your order or any future orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you receive notice that the order is complete, it should take about 5-7 days. For international orders, it should take about 2-3 weeks.

Oops, I put in the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate resending items to those who put in the wrong shipping address. Please double check that the information is correct before purchasing a subscription and/or an issue.

I moved and need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us your order number and new shipping address at [email protected] and we will update your information for you.

Can I buy a subscription?

Thanks for your interest in subscribing. We are only offering single issues sales at this time as we consider switching to a pay-per-issue model.

Help! It says that my package delivered, but I never received it.

Every shipment is sent with a tracking number. Please check with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc…) first before contacting us.  Please make sure that the shipping address you’ve provided is able to receive packages (Amazon ships our magazine in a box.) If all else has failed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do the best we can to help you out.

Where are you distributed?

We are currently selling through our online store and select retail locations. You can find a listing of the stores under Stockists in the menu above.  If you have a favorite bookstore or location that you think would be a perfect fit, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it.
