Do I need to setup an account to make a purchase?

Creating an account is not necessary but it does allow you to manage your order or any future orders.

Can I order gift subscriptions?

Yes. Please note that each subscription must be ordered separately if shipping to different addresses. Please also include the receiver’s email address in the “Order Notes” under the shipping address section so they can receive their free digital edition.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you receive notice that the order is complete, it should take about 5-7 days. For international orders, it should take about 2-3 weeks.

Oops, I put in the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate resending items to those who put in the wrong shipping address. Please double check that the information is correct before purchasing a subscription and/or an issue. If you have an account with us, you can update your information by logging in.

I moved and need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us your order number and new shipping address at [email protected] and we will update your information for you. If you have created an account with us, please notify us when you do update your address. Our systems do not automatically update your information.

I'm trying to update my payment details online, but can't find where to do it.

 Going forward we are switching our subscription model from the pay-per-issue to the one time annual rate payable in a single installment of $56 plus shipping, so you will need to purchase a new subscription and cancel your existing subscription experiencing the payment failure.

Help! It says that my package delivered, but I never received it.

Every shipment is sent with a tracking number. Please check with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc…) first before contacting us.  Please make sure that the shipping address you’ve provided is able to receive packages (Amazon ships our magazine in a box.) If all else has failed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do the best we can to help you out.

Is there a digital edition of Eight by Eight magazine?

Yes there is a digital edition of Eight by Eight magazine. Please go here for more information.  If you purchased a print subscription, you will get an email to receive free access to the digital edition.

Where are you distributed?

We are currently selling through our online store and select retail locations. You can find a listing of the stores under Stockists in the menu above.  If you have a favorite bookstore or location that you think would be a perfect fit, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it.
